Service Description
Life coaching assists the clients with improving their lives in a variety of areas. This includes but is not limited to relationships, day to day lives, coming up with an action plan to overcoming obstacles, clarifying goals, and working through difficult experiences. Reiki is energy healing. Everything around us and we are all made up of energy! We all have chakras which are different points in our bodies responsible for our energy flow. Our chakras get blocked when we go through trauma (physical or emotional) stress and worry and we all hold our stress in different parts of our body. If we don’t unblock them and get our energy to flow how it’s suppose to, it manifest into physical sicknesses. Which can causes a lot of different things like anxiety, depression, migraines, tension, insomnia, & more pain to areas where there has been injuries. Reiki is used to clear our chakras and getting our energy to flow properly by getting rid of all that built up stress and energy. (Save $60 by booking both services)
